my name is
Kirstin Kluver
I come from a lifetime in the theater and a career in massage therapy — two worlds that taught me how to listen closely: to bodies, to breath, to timing, to what’s being said without words. For the past 7 years I have been working with The 360 Emergence in production and as the Director of Operations, where movement, embodiment, and dance have been my primary languages,
paired unexpectedly (and lovingly) with a deep devotion to organizational strategy and systems that actually support a life.
My work lives at the meeting point of creativity and sustainability — not as ideas, but as practices woven into everyday living. I care about how we move through our days, how we rest, how we make sense of what we’re feeling, and how we translate what’s subtle and fleeting into something we can hold, return to, and build from.
I nap often. I stay curious. I’m devoted to finding ease and quiet joy in the mundane, and I love helping others turn the ephemeral — intuition, emotion, vision — into something grounded, workable, and alive. This is where my joy lives: in bridging the felt sense with the practical shape.
Drawing from theater, somatic and healing arts, spiritual inquiry, and the ongoing practice of being an ordinary human with a seeking heart, I create spaces where we can slow down, listen, and cross thresholds with more presence. More surrender. More humor. And the steady courage to keep trying.
I created The Threshold as a creative sanctuary and spiritual workshop — a place where play, reflection, movement, and myth meet. It is a container for showing up out loud, for making meaning together, and for offering my perspective and skills in service of those who feel called to pause, re-orient, and step forward with greater clarity and kindness toward themselves.
